The challenge of this project was to create a story for a technology that does not yet exist for a level of seamless service that has yet to be achieved for a time that is vaguely 10 – 15 years in the future. This project shows the flawless level of service for the future of customer interactions.
We designed the “hardware” and created the environments, characters and story arch. Hair and wardrobe were carefully selected to reflect a timeless aesthetic and hint at the future.
